As an Australian-based Authorised Google Workspace Reseller and certified Google Cloud Partner, Online is Easy is pleased to offer free local phone voice support for your Google Workspace subscription. This complimentary support includes up to 15 minutes of phone consultations per month to address basic issues around your Google Workspace subscription.

What we can help you with:

  • User account management (e.g., password reset and management, adding/removing users, bookmarks and workflow).

  • Data Migration to Google Workspace, including emails, contacts, calendars, files, photos, and other data.

  • Configuration or customisation of core Workspace features (e.g., Gmail settings, calendar sharing, Drive, Docs, password management, etc.).

  • Troubleshooting common technical problems (e.g., login issues, error messages).

  • Guidance on utilising Google Workspace resources and implementing best practice (e.g., online help guides, training materials).

  • Email Security configuration, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS encryption, attachments protection, account privacy, spoofing and authentication policies, spam, phishing and malware policies.

  • Training, tips and efficiencies using Google products, mainly Google Workspace through Google Chrome, and including Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics (GA4), and more.

  • Experience based on many years of working in this industry and owning/running small businesses and implementing innovative technologies to automate and streamline business and personal digital tools.

Support Options:

Should your technical needs exceed the scope of our free phone support, Online is Easy offers billable support options. These options include:

  • Basic guideance for common account configuration, management, troubleshooting. Up to 15 minutes free per month via voice only phone call.

  • Screen sharing sessions for more complex troubleshooting at our standard hourly rate (charged in 15-minute increments).

  • On-site visits for in-person assistance, subject to a travel fee and our standard hourly rate (charged in 15-minute increments).

What we cannot Assist with:

  • In-depth troubleshooting requiring extensive diagnostics or code analysis.

  • Advanced technical planning, administration or organisational security/cybersecurity.

  • Data recovery beyond basic restoration methods.

  • Legal or financial compliance-related advice concerns regarding Google Workspace and/or your use of digital and cloud based tools. You should seek professional and independant advice for your accounting and legal requirements.
