Payment for service, support and/or training. Usually $180 per hour for 600 minutes / 10 hours of Service, Support or Training. Credit time must scheduled in 45 minute blocks or longer and expires after 6 months from purchase date.

This time can be spread out by agreement beforehand, i.e.- 2 hours one day and 3 hours another day. This time can be used for 1:1 screen sharing or for project work.
